Skadi was born on 18.11.03. She is a tawny like her mum and is one of the first litter of kittens that we bred. Like Freya, she is very much a house cat and family pet. She was shown at the Yorkshire Cat Show in October '04, where she won Best of Breed. She is very playful and extremely athletic. Her favourite toys are sponges and she has a great memory for where we hide them. She loves to play 'fetch' and she always explores boxes and bags if she finds a new one. Another favourite game is to be 'trapped' in a box or under a washing basket. She has a funny habit of meowing whenever someone sneezes!
Did you know? Skadi is the Norse Goddess of winter and the hunt! The picture below is taken when Skadi was about 6 months old.
